We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. For order-specific queries, please include your order ID (starts with VD-).
South Africa: Standard delivery within 3–5 business days. Free on orders over R2,500.
International: We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What we collect: When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect only the information you provide: name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

Data storage: Your information is stored securely and accessed only by the Velo’d team for order fulfilment purposes.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@warpd.store.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.
Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom or made-to-order items: These cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

By placing an order on warpd.netlify.app (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms:
Products: All products are 3D-printed to order unless otherwise stated. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on the Site due to the nature of the printing process.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience only.
Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. You’ll receive an invoice by email — no payment is captured through the Site.
Intellectual property: Product designs are released under open-source licences as noted on the Site. Site content, branding, and the Velo’d name remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velo’d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
